Trampoline Game. Every player has to repeat all skills of those that went before in the correct order and append an additional skill at the end; also known as “Add-On”. (Variants: Add-Before, Add-Between).
Initially you can allow teh players to shout out the skill order to help with memory/performance while they get used to the game. To make it more interesting or if the game is going on too long and you want to bring the session to an end you can then say, no more shouting out the routine so each pupil has to remmber themselves the correct order. If they get it wrong they are then out of the game. The winner is the ‘last man’ standing.
Keep the game safe, watch out those going to high or getting too excited and travelling away from the cross. Insist on a few bounces between each skill for new trampolinist then as they progress you can reduce the number of bounces required.
RISK ASSESS BASED ON THE PUPILS ABILITY AND AGE, EQUIPMENT, EQUIPMENT LAYOUT AND COACH EXPERIENCE.
