To ensure that we treat all our customers equally we have introduced terms & conditions relating to our services and course bookings

Please ensure you have read and fully understood all of our policies and terms and conditions prior to using our website and booking services or ordering goods.  Proceeding with an order is confirmation that you have read and agreed to abide by our terms and conditions.

COURSE BOOKINGS

  1. Trampoline Course Entry Requirements
    It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure they fully meet the eligibility criteria for the course they are applying to attend. Course entry requirements for specific certified courses are listed under the corresponding sections in this web site.
    If you are not eligible to attend the course as stated on the application form FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
  2. Trampoline Course Fees
    Fees vary depending on the type and level of course you apply to attend. Costs are clearly stated on the appropriate application forms.  The course fees paid are for the specific course dates booked and cannot be transferred to future courses,  regardless of the reason for none attendance. Fees will not be refunded if you are unable to attend, or complete the course in full as specified on the application form. If TC cancel the course you have booked and paid for you will be given the option of a refund or a transfer to a future course. If a delegate is unable to attend please inform us as soon as possible by email.
  3. Email/Postal Applications
    Applications may not be accepted unless accompanied by payment in full or a valid purchase order from your finance office.
    Any application received with or without payment as per our terms & conditions is considered a request to book a place and will be charged for in full regardless of delegates attendance.
  4. Practical/Theory Results
    TC Certificated Course results/certificates are usually issued on the last day of the course enabling delegates to begin teaching/coaching immediately. Where fees have not been paid in time or before the certificate run for your course, the results/certificates will be issued once fees have been received upon our next certificate run.
    Where the practical element of any  course is failed the delegate will need to book and pay in full to attend another course.  If the practical is passed, but the theory failed you may take one theory re-sit (please see Re-sit section below)  Please note if course fees have not been paid in full in accordance with our terms & conditions, both practical & theory results will be delayed until such as time the fees are received. If fees are not received within 30 days of our request the results will be voided and you will need to attend another course in full at your own expense.
    BG Certificated Course Results/Certificates are issued by BG and can take up to 8 weeks to be processed and issued.  Please ensure you do not organise any trampolining sessions until you have received your results/certificates.
  5. Exam Re- sits
    If you fail to sit the theory exam as scheduled, or you fail the theory exam you may attempt  one re-sit. Re-sits need to be organised and paid for in full, in advance.  If you fail the second theory exam you will need to attend the whole course again in full at your own expense.  Trampoline Central advise you take re-sits as soon as possible after the course and within 3-6 months.
  6. Trampoline Course Cancellation ( By TC)
    Trampoline Central reserves the right to cancel courses at short notice (5 days) if less than 10 candidates book on to the course. If this is necessary candidates will be offered places on an alternative or future Trampoline Central course anywhere within the UK.  If Trampoline Central are not able to provide a suitable alternative a credit or refund  will be issued at the next accounting month end upon written request.
    Trampoline Central cannot be held liable for any additional costs, expenses, or losses you may incur as a result of a course being cancelled at short notice
  7. Trampoline Course Cancellation (By Applicants)
    When it is necessary to cancel a booking you have made please inform us as soon as possible by email.  Please note that fees will not be refunded when courses are cancelled by the applicant. Fees must be paid once a place has been booked.
  8. Medical Information/Fitness Requirements
    By applying to Trampoline Central you are confirming that you are physically fit and free of injury enabling full participation in the course. You also confirm that you understand that course fees will not be refunded or transferred if you do not/cannot attend or complete the course regardless of the reason. In a case where TC may ask to see a doctors note from some delegates before attanding the course It is the Delegates responsibility to provide this to TC.
  9. Late Application
    Applications should be submitted as soon as possible and at least one month prior to the course to ensure you have time to complete the pre-course on-line study.  Thereafter please contact us or view the website  to check the availability of places.  Early booking discounts and special offers  may be available to encourage early booking.
    Applications received less than 4 weeks prior to a start date may be accepted if places are available.   Please note that we reserve the right to charge a late application fee of £25 to cover any additional course administration .
    Your place on the course will be confirmed by email. Please ensure an accurate & active email account for the delegate is provided when applying.  Please write it in capitals so that it is legible.
  10. Accreditation
    Please note that while TC do not restrict the environments in which you may coach trampolining with a TC coaching certificate, some establishments and organisations may have specific certification requirements. This is outside Trampoline Central’s control and it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure the course accreditation is acceptable within the environment in which they wish to teach or coach. TC courses are approved for insurance purposes and those that wish to freelance can obtain insurance by contacting an insurance broker.
  11. Use of ITC
    TC may use  photo and video equipment during courses for assessment and feedback. Please note that delegates are not permitted to record footage during the course.  Some footage may be used for TC business purposes including advertisements, publications, training materials, training aids and web site use. All footage will be the property of Trampoline Central who shall own all copyrights. While we will not sell any footage to external companies, we may host some footage on web channels such as Youtube so that delegates and prospective delegates may view the said footage.  If any delegate that is featured in such video have objections to its use, please  contact us by emailing cpd@trampolinecentral.co.uk
  12. Acceptance of T&C’s
    Applying to attend a course confirms your acceptance of these and all other Trampoline Central terms and conditions as listed on this web site and on our application forms.  If you do not wish to be bound by our terms and conditions please do not  use our services or book on to one of our courses.
  13. Payment – Course Payment is by bank transfer. Please not that we do not offer refunds on course bookings. If you do not attend, complete the course as advertised or cancel beforehand you are not entitled to a refund. You will have to pay for a new course in full.

EQUIPMENT SALES

  • All large equipment is made to order.
  • Payment in advance is required before manufacture can commence.
  • These types of order cannot be cancelled as they are made specifically for you.
  • Delivery costs vary depending on the type and size of the equipment. The cost may be significant as some items require two handlers and dedicated delivery services
  • Stock items and small items can be returned under distance selling rules but this will be at the cost of the customer. We recommend you use a recorded or tracked service to ensure items are received. We are unable to issue refunds unless you can prove the item has been safely returned to us.
