Trampoline Shoes

Trampoline shoes are a must for any trampolinist from beginner to Olympic performers. Trampolining can be hard on the soles of the feet, particularly if you are a dedicated performer and train for many hours each week.

A tough, thick layer of skin can build up on the heels of the feet which often split and become very uncomfortable if ignored.  Wearing trampolining shoes can help protect your feet. The rubber sole of the trampoline shoe aids grip whilst bouncing and they are a very comfortable fit.

Trampoline shoes should not be purchased with a view to grow in to them, they need to fit the foot with no loose material or overhang at the toe. Trampoline shoes can also give first time competitors a confidence boost, and they certainly save on the number of socks that get worn out or permanently discoloured through wearing no shoes in the trampolining environment.
