Tumbling Belt
Tumbling belts usually come in two sizes Medium or Large which are adjustable to fit different waist sizes. The tumbling belt should fit the pupil securely and comfortably.
If the pupil puts the belt on prior to their turn, the coach should ensure it has been done correctly prior to permitting the pupil to bounce.
Twisting Tumbling Belt
The twisting tumbling belt, or rig belt as they are often referred to is comfortable to wear and can even be used when performing simple skills such as front or back drops.
The inner belt is fixed to, but held away from the rotational unit with two separate

Buying a Rig System
Rigs can be purchased in Kit form with the buyer being responsible for ensuring the kit is fitted by a specialist engineer. Kits should be supplied with a free manual with fitting instructions which should be given to the engineer fitting the rig system. Trampoline central would advise buying a rig package which includes the rig and fitting. The price of Rig systems are standard, however fitting prices vary depending on the venue. The fitting height and access to support beams may increase the cost of labour or equipment needed to fit the Overhead Safety Rig System which will aso have to be estimated and included in any quotation for Rig fitting.
Demountable Rig System
The Demountable Rig System is a slot-
They are used in either outdoor situations or indoors where suitable roof fixings are not available. The only tool required is an Allen key and all models break down into maximum lengths of 2.6m (8’6″) for storage and transportation.
It takes approximately twenty minutes to erect a demountable rig, and with the newer modern designs they are very stable. Quickly detaching two of the braces permits the end rails of the trampoline to be folded away between classes leaving the rig in place and the trampoline safe from unauthorised use.

Yes – If you are trained to coach at this level and have either attended a rig training module, or were trained in the use of the rig during your coaching course and have pupils ready to progress on to advanced somersaults and/or complex twisting somersaults.
