Push in Mats

Push in mats are used to aid the teaching of new skills and to reduce any injury that may occur during the learning process. The mats are small enough to be held balanced on the side of the trampoline, and rigid enough not to fold or flop whilst being  held. The push in mat absorbs some of the force from the performer so that an incorrect landing is less likely to result in a high rebound, and to soften the effects of a bad landing.

Push in mats can be used statically as well as being pushing in from the side frame.  Using mats statically is useful when your trampoline set up does not allow for a mat to be pushed in from the side frame. Using push in mats ensures the safety of your pupil and gives them confidence whilst learning something which is new and unfamiliar.Trampoline Push in Mats, Safety Mats

Push in Mat sizes vary, and each type and size are used in specific circumstances. For example a spotter mat is 1700mm x 1000mm x 100mm and used during competitions where a performer is introducing a new skill to their routine and wants extra security in case the skill does not go to plan.
