All coaches operating in any trampolining environment should have insurance cover in place. This not only protects your pupils ans venue, it also protects yourself from insurance claims.
While there is a variety of insurance schemes and providers available, some will have restrictions and stipulations, others will be restricted to individual organisations and their members, some of which will have restrictions on who can become members and benefit from their insurance schemes.
The type of insurance cover you require will depend on your own set of circumstances, you may be teaching in schools and covered by your employers insurance, you may be coaching freelance in a leisure centre or you may be coaching in a private club. Each setting could demand a different type of insurance.
