Inset Training Courses

Trampoline Central can provide our training services anywhere across the UK, and internationally by request. Course dates can be booked directly with our course organiser by telephoning 01623 706440 or email courses@trampolinecentral.co.uk

Course Details

This one day intensive inset training course  will enable delegates to teach trampolining skills from basic skills such as tucked, pike and straddle jump through to linking front landings. This Inset staff training day is ideal for those that only need to cover the basic skills rather than attending a full Trampoline Instructors Course.  

This course is offered as an In-House Training Course, with venues being able to satisfy the minimum requirements for hosting in-house courses.  The course organiser is responsible for advertising and filling the available places with delegates. You have the option to confine courses to their own staff, or you may wish to open the course to others within your organisation, local authority or school sport partnership.  All courses dates are booked through contacting our course organiser and must be paid for at the time of booking either by cheque or BACS transfer.

Entry Requirements

No previous Trampolining knowledge or experience is required to attend this course, however any personal trampolining experience would be beneficial.

Minimum Age: 21 years.

Tuck, Pike, Straddle

½ twist & Full twist

Seat landing,  Seat landing ½ twist,  ½ twist into seat landing, Swivel Hips

Front  landing, Front landing ½ twist, ½ twist into front landing

Seat landing to front landing, front landing to seat landing

Assessment Criteria

This course is internally assessed by the course tutor.

Course Fees

Includes resource books, handouts, certification, membership/access to the secure members area of the TC website and free confidential advice for a minimum period of 12 months.

Terms & Conditions

Course Dates cannot be secured unless the course has been paid for in full at the time of booking.

Once a course date has been booked, refunds/transfers/credits will not be made should you decide to cancel the course.

Please note: For health and safety purposes,  jewellery of any kind is not permitted during the course. Trampoline Central reserve the right to reject delegates that refuse or cannot remove jewellery.  It cannot be taped over.
