Why can’t I reserve a place on a course? Places are very limited and many delegates book on to courses before they have received approval from their school/employer. This leads to cancelled bookings, usually at short notice which leaves us with empty places. This is very disappointing as other valid applicants could of attended the course. Please make sure you have followed your employers course booking procedure and gained the appropriate permission to attend before booking places with Trampoline Central. All bookings will be charged for in full.
What is the best method to contact you? we prefer email as we are an online business. If telephoning, please leave a message or email us if no one is available to take your call.
How can I pay for a course booking? By cheque or bank transfer. Please contact finance @trampolinecentral.co.uk for bacs details
Do you accept purchase orders? We can accept purchase orders from customers that have previously used our services and have an account set up with us. If you are a new customers, payment with order is required on your first order. Thereafter we are able to accept purchase orders and invoice you for the cost of goods and services. Please note all course fees and made to order goods must be paid for in full, in advance and upon receipt of our invoice. We are not able to offer credit terms.
