Coaching Belts
Coaching belts are used to support skills involving rotation, usually somersaults.
Belts should be 100% padded cotton, with rows of stitching down the length of the belt to help make the belt stronger. Coaching Belts are very strong and capable of supporting without breaking. A 280cm belt will fit children and adults waists, and the manner in which it is fitted around the waist means that it fits most sizes comfortably.
Using towels, old sweaters, dressing gown belts, skipping ropes is not acceptable or recommended. Coaching belts are relatively cheap to buy and are simple to use. There is no excuse for using make do alternatives.
